The murmur of tricuspid regurgitation is pansystolic in some patients. But in the absence of right ventricular hypertension, even with severe tricuspid regurgitation, the murmur may be very soft or absent. As well, a diastolic flow rumble is frequently heard because of the increased diastolic flow across the tricuspid valve.
i think the reason is that the RV pressure is not very high in the systole.this pressure decreases more and more when the RV pump the blood to pulmonary aortic. when this pressure is lower than the pressure in the RA which is being filled with blood from vena cava, the mummur will end.
