regardless of which you find "hardest", they are all normalized so whatever you scored is where you are.
even if you now take an "easier" nbme, you will require more correct answers to get that same score.

Hardest or easiest is not a good evaluation for NBME.
I saw posts sayin "is form 5 the easiest?"
What can be easy for you can be super hard for me.
I took NBME 5 not long ago and I'd say it had lots of stuff that I not necesserely like, but anyway NBME is the most accurate predictor.
Dont worry about it man, after each NBME just hit the books while focusing on ur weak areas.
Keep on repeating this process until u get a satisfactory score on ur NBME and then go for the exam.
Sooner or later, you are going to reach your target score.
