3 yo boy has intermittent headche and exophthalmos for 6 months, chronically infected ears and nocturia for 3 months. Exam shows fluid draining from both ears. XR films show multiple discrete,lytic bone lesions and bony destrcutions of the mandible. WHich of the following is the most likley diagnosis ?

A. Histiocytosis

B.Nutritional rickets

C. Osteogenesis imperfecta

D.Osteosarcoma

E.Thalassemia

I think its
A. Histiocytosis
but not sure which one
May be that one with berbeck bodies but:confused:
