I'll tell you one thing... that was a pretty dangerous statement.
First off, your real name is your forum name... second, what you asked it against USMLE rules and they could kick you out of ALL step exams for asking things like that. Third, USMLE even says at the exam day they hire people to browse forums and look for people giving/requesting information which is illegal.
I don't say this to be mean, I say it so you avoid doing something which you will regret for the rest of your life.
Besides, even if you knew the exact case it wouldn't help you. Each encounter will have different variations... the patient will react to you differently.
Having some robotic answers handy will never help you in the real exam.
I'd like to imagine he didn't know... if not, now he most certainly does.
