I have my exam on Thursday. I will advise you to take a 5 min break after each block. Go to rest room. Put some water on your face. Take some bites of choclate nad have some sips of red bull. This is what I am planning and what many of my seniors told me to do
Best way to go. dont do 2 blocks together. That's exactly what i did. Eat some real food in the morning and that's it. You ll be working like a helicopter.
I took a break after each block. I felt it was different from step 1, as each block is draining more energy when you compare it to step 1. Be ready to replenish your energy levels with some gatorade, eat some chocolate, get some caffeine containing drink, go to the bathroom and go back and start a new block. Takes around 5-6 mins including the time taken for signing in & depends on the center too. All the best.
