acute pain abdomen and urinlysis

A 20 year old boy comes with acute abdominal pain and diarrhea. He has h/o 3 similar episodes before. Urinalysis shows:
Color: yellow-brown
Sp gravity : 1.024
RBCs: negative
WBC: 30 cells/hpf
Microscopy: gm negative rods, mixed flora.

What is ur diagnosis:

A. Celiac disease
B. Crohn's disease
C. Diverticulitis
D. Renal stone
E. Ulcerative colitis
F. Whipple's disease.

it z crohns disease, as fistula is formed that why GI flora invades bladdar via fistula connecting to bladdar, it is question from patho q bank
