Drug contraindicated in Gastroparesis and Epilepsy!

A diabetic with gastroparesis and epilepsy, which of the following drugs are contraindicated
a) Metoclopramide
b) Macrolides
c) Bethanecol
d) Neostigmine

of these i believe metoclopramide but one thing i wud like to knw tht in gastroperisis there is vagus n. damage n metoclopramide enhances effect of Ach it improves gut motility so shud it b contraindicated in gastroparesis
neostigmine n bathenecol dnt ve access to brain.

...Interesting Metoclopramide is indicate on Pte with gastroparesis but there are a few drugs that we should know that low or decrease seizure threshold therefore, predispone the patient to SEIZURE.

1. Metoclopramide
2. Theophiline
3. Enfluerane (fixed)
4. Desipramine
5. Bupropion
6. Tramadol

Those are the list i made reading through FA... Feel free to add any other med.

Answer is A... The rest of the list Improve Bowel Movement...

In first aid, 2010 edi pg no 241-
he has mentioned some seizure causing drugs-
-Imipenem/Cisplastin
-Isoniazid ( if given without Pyridoxine supplementation)
