In general, applicants usually send the MSPE themselves to ERAS,because most foreign medical schools highly hesitate to send this document. When the PD read this phrase in your application "This document is provided in lieu of the applicant’s MSPE" , this means ERAS definitly haven't received the MSPE and has provided the PDs with a blank paper to make your application look complete. If you have it or can get one soon, then do that and mail it to that program.
Thank you for your reply. I don't have one. I have graduated a long time ago and I am afraid it will take a longer time to get one specially because in my country it is not a common thing to give to students. So far I have got plenty of interviews and I am afraid this will jeopardize the process.
I will try to work on that.
