Everyone says that FA is the best review book. I knew its very heigh yeild. But whenever I try to read FA after completing the chapter in kaplan, I loose my interest in FA. It is written in a very irregular manner. What to do? I can't read FA. Anyone have suggestions what to do. Anyone else feels like me?

You are not alone in this boat.
I think FA is good for medical students and specially American medical students as they use FA for quick flash cramming review of the exam during the very short time they have.
For us IMGs, FA is not that great. The information is just bulleted points and has no background and doesn't teach concepts.
The best way is to read FA after Kaplan and if ever you find any extra points you underline it or write it in the Kaplan book so that when you start your review later you won't miss neither FA or Kaplan.

I cannot really answer this question. All the book mentioned in this poll are great as far as I can see.
I voted for First Aid and Kaplan Lecture Notes.

Unhappy How!

I don't understand how you guys find First Aid as the best review book

It's a book of mnemonics, bulleted points, tables, graphs, ...etc

They don't explain the concept. I cannot understand it at all without first swallowing the concepts.

It's just like a medical student note book, never helpful without the original lectures
