Form Medical student presented with Form 186 not 183!

Hi,
I am medical student and I don't know that my medical college is in EMSWP or not .. i have just filled online application form and deposited my application fee i have filled all the essentials of that online form but there was not mentioned that my college is not in EMSWP or my college is EMSWP ..when I have done with fee submission i have got form 186 and 187 ? but I have heard that I have to fill form 183 ? but ECFMG didn't provided me that form what to do now ? am so tense

Please help me ...

Your school seems to be participating in EMSWP that's why you were presented with Form 186.

The Complete Guide to ECFMG Forms

Your form 186, should be of that type that is to be filled by medical school official only, so let your school sign it and they should themselves send it to ECFMG, not you.

yup just checked from my medical school website its registered with SCFMG so it means its also registered with emswp? i think so coz they have automatically given me this form with my detail at the top and and plzzzz tell me where is form 344 and other forms which i have to send .. i have got only 187 and 186 form ..what to do now ? ecfmg hasnt provided me other forms ?

You will get the other forms when you graduate. For now, you need only Form 186 and Form 187.

So I don't need form 344 and 345 now? thanxxxxxxx a lot I was very tense about that and one more thing my senior has told me that we can send clerkship certificate in written document also. So I have left item 21 in my application form when i was filling it .. coz I have got clerkship certificate in written form my college will sent it along with my forms. hope so it will be right ?
