Question Format of transcripts and other documents

hi.. I m new to these forums and not yet applied for step1...I m in a confusion regarding the format of final medical transcript and other documents to be submitted to ecfmg....I ve graduated from tamilnadu and in my college office they are asking me to print the transcript myself and alongwith photocopies of my marksheets and submit it with a fee..they said they ll verify it within a week and give it back.. the problem is I dont know how to print my transcript..I ve asked one of my seniors who has joined md course in the states..he sent me the copies of his transcript..but I m pretty having a recommendation from a proffessor and attending a few conferences a matter of fact I ve not officially attended any med conference neither was I associated with any kind of research studies...So please can someone guide me as to how shall I prepare my transcript....

Attending conferences has nothing to do with your transcript.
