Computer How to avoid the URL text from the top of Form 186!

Hi!!!
Since I don't have printer I have saved form 186. Now if i try to print it, I can see "file:///F:/ecfmg/cifbymedschool.asp.htm"at the top.
What do i do? is it ok or is there anyway to remove this from top right of the print paper.

please help!!!
