Default white fluid on form 186

lamest question ever.... but plz reply

if there is white fluid/ white ink on the form 186....( Initial stamp was by principal which was then removed n replaced with stamp of director of students affair because this was the individual who attested my form) is it surely be gonna rejected....? or there is some hope?
