Default help plz (iwant to reschedule my exam )

well my exam was in 23 may and i canceled it bf 10 days and pay fee for prmetric and ecfmg for extend eligibility period to (april -sept )and get new schedule permitis for extend period and didnt set a new date for exam


iwant now
to set a date i press now reschedule and put my previous confirmatiom number that i cancel and i did
and writen to me This appointment is past the cutoff date for modification.

whats thats means ?
how i can set a new date for exam plz help me should i press schedule instead of reschedule ?????

and previously iwas send email from nbme
