Question Graduate Documents

Hi,
I applied for step1 when I was a student and gave the exam. My med school is not in my home country and now I returned back to my home country as I completed my course.

Now, i paid money for STep 2. so please help me gather the documents I need to send to ECFMG/Med school.
(I have a valid 186) form but Im not sure if tht is of help Because my status has changed from student to graduate.

2 photcopies of my Diploma, 2 photocopies of my degree credentials, 2 photos.
form 187, form 344, 2 copies of form 345
what abt form 186?
and which forms should be sent to ECFMG and which ones to med school. (my med school participates in EMSWP)

you are right just these documents should be send

186 is valid for 5 years so you dont need to send it.

but I think you should send these documents by your med school

I mean the envelop should be stamped and send by med school.

call them to be sure
