Dollar Sign Fees submitted by someone

well i m facing really strange situation here. . .
i have given my application to some1 to pay my fee,bcz they weren't accepting my credit card,,he submitted fee . . .but i don't know whether he submitted the application or not,,,how can i check it . . .?he doesn't have the clue regarding application,,moreover,can my oasis financial account tell me anything?

Your OASIS financial account should show you how much money you have.

Then you can go and apply using that money.

Yes, that's your balance. Go and use it for the application.

Your balance will be deducted the amount you'll pay for the exam.
