Registration Ecfmg on-line authentication process

I was about to finish my online application form when I stumbled upon questions that I really am not sure of so it took me a long period of time in that page, I tried to save the application form and logged out. I tried to do this for several times. The next time I tried to log in to IWA using my ECFMG ID number and password several times, I couldn't log in anymore. It said that my session has expired. I pressed the link "If you forgot your password, click here." After answering several questions, it said that my account has been re-authenticated, and told me to wait for 24 hrs before they send a new password to my email.

Do you think that this won't affect my application for ECFMG certification? I am pretty much afraid that I won't be able to recover my account and therefore fail to apply for a certification.

Also, being an IMG, I don't know how online checks and credit cards work for payments. Can you educate us how this mode of payment works? Thank you Sir. Hoping for your kind reply..

You shouldn't be losing anything. Just wait for your new password, which will probably arrive to your email on Monday (not Sunday tomorrow).

As for the payment issue, click on the ECFMG-Fees tag link at the bottom of this thread.

I already got my new password, but it keeps on telling "Session has Ended" For Security purposes, you have been logged out for one of the following reasons: (1) You chose to logout (2) Your session has expired (3) You have not been authenticated (4) You entered the incorrect password.

What should I do?

What should I do?
Close your browser.
Then clear your browser cache.
Then restart your computer.
Then open the ECFMG website using another browser (such as Firefox or Google Chrome).

Thank you sir, I did clear my browser cache and restarted my computer, but to no avail. Do you think I should wait within 24 hours before I log in again? And also, would it be okay to request a new password? As I have been trying twice already for requesting a new password and they have granted me new passwords twice. Will it be okay if I request for a new one or will I just try to stick with the recent new password they have sent me in my email?

I'm so sorry to have so many questions as I am also freaking out. Thank you very much for your kind help.

Probably, they have a server issue over the weekend.
Wait until Monday and log in again.
Don't request further passwords, it's not the issue.

Okay then, because I have opened my account with several browsers simultaneously. Do you think this caused the problem?
