As you can see - my diploma is divided in two parts:
on the left -> in original language
on the right -> in english - "word to word translation",
so I'am not sure if I have to make a translation of it... Any suggestions ?

And another problem: the original size of the diploma is - SMALLER than "letter size" required in ECFMG bulletin..
Should I make a photocopy of diploma "as is", on A4 paper (bc we don't have "letter size" paper in our country) OR I need to enlarge the size of diploma ?

Any help will be very appreciated..

You don't need to translate your diploma.

As for the size, please read here

Thanks StepTaker,
Just to clarify:

My diploma size is: 150X210 mm (i.e. smaller than A4 size)
A4 paper size is: 210X297 mm
Photocopy of the diploma will be made on A4 paper

Do I need to enlarge the diploma itself up to A4 size, while making a photocopy ?
And the last question: do I need to add any seals/signatures/etc. (stating:"True copy of original" or something like this) on photocopy of diploma, to validate the photocopy itself ?

You don't need to enlarge the Diploma to make it fit into the A4 paper, let it be smaller with some spaces around, it's OK.
