Question how do i change the info already sbmitted?

i already submitted yhe online part of my application fr step 1 but i think i made a blunder abt dates. i attended my med college frm nov 2004 to jan 2010, the result was declared in april 2010. but i got my degree in april 2011. on my degree it says session 2004-2009. date of issue april 2011!!

but this is wt i submitted in the app:
date of grautation april 2010
date of degre april 2011!

is my date os graduation also april 2011?????? this is so confusing, nw what do i do? is my form gonna get rejected because of this?? im already so worried abt the prep and now this! .. help plz!
