Registration Cancel Step 1 Online Application

Does anyone know the process to cancel the usmle step 1 on ecfmg? Do I have to call them, there is no link on ecmfg concerning how to cancel the the exam period! I never scheduled a date on prometric though!, But I wish to cancel the exam.
--if someone can help, it would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

Hello there
When u sign in click the choice for application to step1 , 2 or cs and then choose step 1 .. The page next asks u to override or cancel .. If u want to save ur information and just cancel the eligibility period or edit any info click override .. And wait for them to send u an email to confirm ur canselation !
Whenever u r ready to apply again .. U ll do the application all over again but with the same USMLE ID and they save ur basic information
Good luck ..

heyy,
I just called ecfmg, They actually said "You dont have to do anything"!, unless you scheduled with prometric you need to call them up and cancel the date, except I never done that. So im good to go. Also the process you told me, is done only if your reapplying, when I clicked step 1, I had a red box warning me I already had applied for usmle. So unless you want to extend usmle there is box on ecfmg for that but not cancelling.
But thanks for the help!

Hi...I'm IMG from india...I have submitted my form saying 0 clerkships. Now I'm worried abt it. I have completed my internship n graduated with MBBS. My medical transcripts show the number of hrs spent in each faculty during rotations. I haven't done any rotations outside of my college
Have I filled it wrong? How do I change it?
