How does the name appear on passport or other national identification?
The only documents ECFMG would recieve which require the name to be exactly similar to that in the passport are degree and transcript (also mspe when you start applying for residency). Yes the order of the first and last name matters. So if the name in your passport, ecfmg record, degree and transcript (and later mspe) is the same you will not have an issue. If its not, you need to take a letter from your medical school saying both the names belong to one and same individual and send it to ecfmg when you send your degree.

Yeah that's okay. Ecfmg does not care about NOC or internship certificates. Just remember that when you take ur mspe or deans letter in the future the name is similar to your passport (like degree and transcript)
