Embarrassed how to correct wrongly entered data in ECFMG form

I have wrongly entered my Native language in my ECFMG registration form. I noticed it only when the last summary page came up. However, when I tried to go back and correct before printing it there was no option to go back to that page.
Can someone suggest what I should do, please?

Does it really matter whether my native language is English or something else?

You have to call ECFMG and ask them to reset your application, any language other than English won't be accepted.

Kindly explain what you mean by any language other than english will not be accepted. I mean for what purpose?

I'm really new to the process and utterly confused.
Thank you

You have to type your answers in the application form using English language characters.
