Angry "Date you will complete requirements for the final medical diploma"

I am filling my application and I have some questions.

First question:

"Date you will complete
requirements for
the final medical diploma"

The date isn't fixed, it could be September 2013 or months later.

I am required to complete an internship prior to receiving my medical diploma but I can pause my internship however I want, and I want to travel multiple times during my internship to take the CS exam and to do an elective or observship.

Second question:

"Internship Start Date" and "Internship End Date"

Again, same problem, I can start whenever after completing my sixth year, there is really no fixed date for such stuff.

These questions are confusing and I don't like them

another question

"Expected date of graduation" and "Date medical diploma expected to be issued"

isn't my graduation is defined by the date I receive my medical diploma? Then why are they being asked about separately..?!!
