Applying as "Graduate" for step 2 CK

i am applying for step2 ck as graduate and not as medical student.

do i need to get my degree verified from ecfmg prior to getting the slot ?

are there special instructions i need to follow ? i know that form for graduates is different from medical students form.

how long does it take in application process ?
