Question ECFMG Messed Up with my CS application!

hey guys please help,

I submitted my application for retaking my CS exam and today I got this mail...

The Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) is unable to process your recent application for the USMLE Step 2 CS for the reason described below.
You did not have sufficient funds in your account to cover the required fee for the exam you requested at the time that ECFMG completed the processing of your application. Please be aware that any payment you submitted with this application may have been used to cover previous charges for other ECFMG exams or services. Refer to Line 3 of the following account summary for the payment required if you still wish to apply for Step 2 CS.
ACCOUNT SUMMARY
Line 1: $ 1375.00 Examination fee for Step 2 CS.
Line 2: $ 1275.00 Amount available in your ECFMG account.
(This amount includes any payment you submitted with this application. It also reflects any amount charged for other
exams/services to date.)
Line 3: $ 100.00 Amount you currently owe to ECFMG if you wish to apply for Step 2 CS. (Line 1 minus Line 2.)
To be registered for Step 2 CS, you must reapply by submitting a new online application completed in its entirety.
If your application is rejected, the money you had paid for that application will automatically be credited to your ECFMG financial account. Thus, when you apply again using IWA, you may select the “Use my credit towards my total due” option in the payment section of the application.

What does this mean man!!! i had paid all the exam dues now what dues am I suppose to pay!!!

All it means is that you didn't have enough money in your account to cover the cost of the exam; you had $1275, the exam cost $1375, so you were 100 short.
Put more money into your account ( at least $100) and apply again. No big deal....don't stress out over things like this....there will be even worse things to stress out about later down the season. Good luck!
