Scheduling permit name is different

Hi everyone!
I have an exam in 3 weeks, but now I am looking at my scheduling permit and confirmation notice, and I am confused. In my passport my name is: Last name first name. In the confirmation notice is : last name, first name. In the scheduling permit is: first name last name. Does this mean that I have to ask for a new scheduling permit? My last name is the first in all my documents (except my debit card). I plan to call them on tuesday, but I would appreciate any thought. Thank you all!

The confirmation notice is not as important as the scheduling permit. Your name in the scheduling permit should exactly match your name in the government ID that you will use in the exam.

If your Government issued ID (such as a passport) clearly indicates which is the first and which is the last then it won't be a problem but if it just says Smith John and your scheduling permit says John Smith then you are likely to go into trouble at the Prometric center.

My passport clearly indicates which is first name and which is last name. I was just wondering which is which in the scheduling permit. I know that I haven't mixed them up on the registration form, but they might have made a mistake. It is not indicated in the scheduling permit.
Anyways, I am definitly calling tomorrow, I suppose they're not working today. I will also send an e mail, in case I don't reach them on the phone. I'll let you know what they say as soon as I get any information.
