Mail Mail delivered but no notificaiton from ECFMG!

Hi everyone,

My step 2 ck application got rejected due to absence of dean's letter. As my form 186 was accepted, I just got my dean's letter and sent it with other necessary documents stating my home address on the envelope. It has got delivered before 5 days. There is no e-mail confirmation from ECFMG about it. I just wanted to know is it normal not to get confirmation for such extra papers? will I directly get the e-mail notifying acceptance of my application or there is some problem?

Please advice me!! I plan to take the test in October!!

Yes. It's normal that they don't notify you that the mail is delivered. They'll usually do that in your OASIS account within 2-3 weeks.

Just out of curiosity what Dean Letter was needed? Usually a dean letter is not required for step registration.
