Italy Italian Name with Apostrophe Stress

In my ECFMG records my name is F_ _ _ _ _ _ _ G_ _ _ I’, because in IWA software, the upper cases were converted in lower cases. When I registered for the first time I wrote my name as F_ _ _ _ _ _ _ G_ _ _ I’, because it’s impossible to put the accent on a uppercase from the keyboard as you can imagine (I know that I could digit copy and paste of an I with accent but I didn’t do this because in my country , Italy, the names with the stress on the final vocal are written exactly in this way ).
In Italy my name is always written as F_ _ _ _ _ _ _ G_ _ _ I’ but ‘ corresponds to a stress and not to an apostrophe. In fact in lowercase my name becomes F_ _ _ _ _ _ _ G_ _ _ . In all my documents my name is reported as F_ _ _ _ _ _ _ G_ _ _ I’, in uppercase, also in my national ID card and in my Transcripts, as you can see.
In my medical diploma my name appears with the stress instead of apostrophe , but it is because it was made by the typography. This is the only reason. I'm very worried about it.
Might be a problem for ECFMG? What can I do?
My first application for step 1 was rejected because of the deficiency letter of the dean. Fortunately my diploma was issued few days later and now I'm sending it to ECFMG with form 187. They only asked for these documents. But must I send other forms? For example 344 form? My form 186 was accepted and I sent form 345 and 344 to ECFMG the first time.
Excuse me for my bad English. I hope somebody can understand the question.
I'm afraid that my application will be rejected again

Apostrophes, commas, dashes, hyphens, and other punctuations would not make a name difference and the ECFMG will not make a problem about it.

You are good to go.

By the way, check the Italy tag link at the bottom of the thread to connect with Italian USMLE Students
