I suggest you start uworld now... minimum of one block a day. Don't leave it till later... because you would probably want to go through it twice at the very least.

you can always un-click/un-check the subjects or organs that you wish to exclude from the block. Other wise you're not really learning to apply the knowledge on the subjects you already have finished reviewing. That information is just sitting there your brain slowly getting hazy. Just my opinion. .

Thumbs Up Advice

As i can read-
My suggestion would be first of all decide your exam date.
Then you will be able to know how much time you have and then try to schedule stuff. While scheduling if you feel time is not sufficient then change you elgiblity period.
According to me you have quite a sufficent time.
Now i recommend. If you take your exam in last week of nov.
Try to finish your online qbank by this month and start with Uworld. I think you are done with all the reading once (some topics even twice or more then that). So while doing Uworld do those topics which you are weak.
About some topics which you mentioned here like CVS physio, resp graphs, biostat or others (these are those topics which have few stuff to read), try to do more and more questions on these topics. May be from the qbank you have now or others.
I am not sure. Everyone have there own way of studying but i would say if you are comfortable reading First aid then try to keep first aid and UWorld notes as your last time read material. In last month of prep. I won't recommend going through all kaplan notes (you can go through some topics which you can't understand in FA).
I also have exam on 12th nov. (thinking to extend it to 20th nov.) and trying to follow the same schedule as i mentioned.
About those topics which you haven't did the third revision. Just go through those topics in First aid and see you can understand each and every detail mentioned in First aid. If you can; I don't think you should put your time on those subjects. If you can't then go through those subjects high yield stuff only (by high yield i mean those topics which are mentioned in First aid).
Hope i answered all your questions. If still you have something to ask. Let me know.
and yes, I haven't passed any step yet. So, all what i said, Is either recommended by most of people or i concluded after getting reviews from most of people.

Default biochem patho and micro imuno

about these topics.
Biochem: i am also too bad in this subject. So may be my suggestion would not be much productive but as some fellas mentioned in other threads. Molecular biology and genetics is mostly asked topics. So try to do some questions either from online qbanks or some qbooks (pretest, etc).

Patho: Have you did goljian rapid review? If not then don't go for it now because its good but time consuming.
According to people, If you haven't did goljian rapid review. You can compensate that by doing kaplan patho + goljian audio+ UWorld.
As you mentioned in some other post that in random mode you are getting 80%. So patho have most of exam questions and it seems you are good at it. So just do all goljian audio once (If with transcript).

Micro and immuno: First aid have enough material for these 2 subjects and plus Uworld.

You may have noticed i mentioned First aid and Uworld lot of times. Thats because now for coming months we have to converge all our attention to master First aid and Uworld.
