Question step 2cs application

i applied for step 2cs on 2nd march 2013. however the processing status in my oasis is showing Waiting for Certification Statement/Certification of Identification Form.
though my oasis is still showing date 3 march 2013. can just updation of oasis be the issue?

i also applied for ck though it was somedays earlier than cs application and there was no problem in processing.

i have already taken step 1 and have a valid certificate of identification form since lastyear.

i have tried calling ecfmg but they are not taking any calls due to matching season high load of calls.

did anyone face similar issue or have any idea about this? thankyou.

Hi halo2013,
yes i have received my permit and visa letter. i had called them to be on safe side but i was assured there is no problem. my credentials are certified since 2011.

if same is in your wife's case i think wait till you receive a confirmation mail that cs application is accepted or call them. hope this helps.

thank you ..but Sorry..i did not get you perfectly...your credentials were verified ? or you had 186 valid on the file...?because she has a valid 186 form since step 1 and credentials were recently sent by medical school whose verifcation is pending..but i dont think the verification is needed to take the test since valid 186 is there..a bit worried

and after how many days(exact days would be helpful) of filling the form you got approved application and scheduling permit?

thanks

Hi Doxorubicin, I have a similar issue what you had years before. I sent my Step 2 CS Application, with credentials to be verified, on early March 2015. They have not responded yet. How did it take for you to get the application approved?
