Cool Photos to be sent to ECFMG

In the interest of saving time, i'm posting this question here, I have no idea where the application procedure questions go.

The photos to be sent to ECFMG require you to write your name and ecfmg ID on the back rt? I know I read something about it but I can't find it now, could someone please help ASAP!

thanks

mmm, unless somethings changed, you take 1 passport size photo and put it on the form that you send to your school. They stamp it and send it off to ECFMG.

I think its form 186

I agree Yes.

Yes, you take a passport size photo and clip it (not staple it) to your Form 186.

well the website said not to clip it or staple it, they said tape it or glue it....plus I had read somewhere that the back of the photo had to have your name and ECFMG ID....i can't remember for the life of me where, but just wanted to make sure....

thanks again guys...

The safest way is to clip (the clips that do not ruin the picture and do not perforate the form) but you can also glue it if you want.
Writing your name and ECFMG ID on the back of it never harm. You can do it. But make sure not to press hard with the pen so that it does not imprint on the reverse (the front of the photo).
