Question Status change from student to graduate

Greetings folks, I was hoping someone could answer my query.

Supposing I applied to Step 1 as a "student" with Form 186. And now I'm a graduate and I have my medical school diploma AND the original transcript in my hand and I wish to send the "credentials" to ECFMG.

Q1. Can I send the transcript along with the diploma? I know it is not the routine way to go and my medical school is supposed to send the transcript at their level after verification but I was just hoping to expedite the process.

Q2. Also, what is the official procedure to send this document? Any special forms to be attached along?

Appreciations...

Default Thanks.

Thanks Sabio, that answers the first query and as I understood, it's 2 copies of diploma + Form 344 + Form 345 sent directly by me to the ECFMG. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

This just leaves us with the second query, can I send the "original" transcripts (marksheets) as well?

Thanks.
