Question Eligibility period extension!

Hi! Friends,
Today, I completed Application for ECFMG Certification by paying online fee $60.
Q.1:
In Item 2. Eligibility Period, I have given 2 options to be chosen for 2013 Eligibility periods for Step 1 ( Sep 01, 2013 - Nov 30, 2013 AND Oct 01, 2013 - Dec 31,2013). I did not see any option for 2014; where I planned to give Step 1 in February 2014. So, how can I proceed for 2014 Eligibility Period for Step 1?

Q.2:
On "PRINT/REPRINT DOCUMENTS" section, I can see only IWA DOCUMENT SUBMISSION FORM (Form 187). So, where and when can I print CERTIFICATION OF IDENTIFICATION FORM (Form 186)?

Your advice will be highly appreciable,
Thanks in advance...

2014 eligibility periods are not yet released, they will be released in 2 weeks.

You won't see form 186 until you pay for the exam.

Help Urgent help needed!!!

Just read this msg from ECFMG:

Issue 213 - September 10, 2013
Reminder: Incomplete IWA Applications Will Be Deleted on September 11
As part of the transition to the ECFMG 2014 Information Booklet and exam application materials, any USMLE exam applications that have been saved but not submitted via ECFMGs Interactive Web Applications (IWA) will be deleted. If you have a saved exam application in IWA, you must complete and submit the application, including payment, by 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time in the United States, on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. If, when IWA becomes unavailable on this date (see below), you have begun but not yet submitted the on-line part of an exam application, your incomplete application will be deleted. If your application is deleted, you will be required to begin a new application in order to apply for examination.

I have saved the application process but yet not completed caz i didn't find options for 2014 Eligibility Periods; hence not submitted to ECFMG.

My Q. is:what will happen to my fee that I paid for ECFMG APPLICATION ($60) beside deletion of my incomplete application?

Default eligibility period extension

Hey guys,
i've been reading a few threads about extending eligiibility periods. I applied to ecfmg as a med school graduate and my credentials have been primary source verified n i hav a valid form 186 on file. Do i need to submit any forms to extend my eligibility period?
read this on ecfmg : ECFMG cannot complete the processing of your request until your medical school verifies your graduate/student status.

Thanks in advance....
