Warning! graduate or student???

hi guys thanks a lot for the great forum
but i do have a question here

I have entered my final year exams on Nov 2009 and finished on Jan 2010
my results came out on march 2010

Starting from march 2010 till end Feb 2011 I am in the so called : internship year

We don't get the graduation degree or the license to practice medicine as GP until we finish this year, even if I want a script of my degrees in the college they give me a temporary degree.

So does this mean : shall I apply as a graduate or shall I apply as a student?
another question, I am planning to enter step 1 on July 2011, so shall I start the process of application from now?

Thanks in advance

Default Wait until you graduate.

Since you are not issued a Diploma yet then you are still medical student and not a graduate.

You can start the Step 1 application right now but you also have to update your status once you graduate later. So if you are willing to take Step 1 in July 2011 then I suggest you wait until you graduate and get the Diploma so that you don't send the documents twice.

But that should not hinder you from starting to study and prepare for the exam from today.

According to me, You must wait for your graduate degree so that you can send your document with all detail.
