Question Should I apply as a student or as a Grad?

I want to apply for the CS exam but I'm in a tricky situation.
Currently, I am student, I will finish my graduation exams in a month. I want to apply for the CS exam this month and take it in next April or May (I'll be a grad at that time).

I know that I should be a grad or a student at both the time of application and taking the exam ( I may be wrong, Idk!).

Here are my thoughts.

If I apply as a student, I'm afraid when ECFMG sends their re verification form, School will tell them I'm not a student any more and my application will be rejected.

If I apply as a grad, I can't prove it currently and I have no diploma. I haven't even graduated yet.

Should I apply as a student or as a Grad ?
What are the required papers by ECFMG in both scenarios?

Thanks guys!
