Registration Item 21 on ECFMG application (Clinical Clerkships)

Hi everyone,

I am an IMG from India. I graduated (MBBS) in 2008, then I did postgraduation in surgery (M.S.) till 2011. After that I was in private practice as independent surgeon for approx 2 years. Currently I am a senior resident in dept of surgery in a government hospital.
I am much confused about item 21 on application..
1) Do I have to include my post graduation years in clinical clerkship?
2) what about years in private practice as independent surgeon?
3) what about current senior residency in surgery for approx 1 year?

please reply. i am very much confused..
thanks in advance

Whatever you do after graduation is not considered clinical clerkships, its considered work experience.
