Registration Applied as Student but now I'm graduate wanting to extend application date

Hello I applied for the Usmle Step 1 exam while in India in Oct 2009 when I was a student. I applied for the dates of Oct-Dec 2010 and submitted certification statement through my college and was approved by ECFMG. I want to extend my eligibility to Jan-Mar 2011. I am no longer a student and while applying online to extend the date its asking me to submit certification statement again. I am no longer in India and residing in Chicago now. Do I need to travel back to my college in India to submit a form? Please advise me as I'm lost on what to do now.. Thank you in advance.

Default You don't need to travel

You have to inform the ECFMG that you are now a graduate. They'll give you new Form 186 to fill. You don't need to travel back to India. You can send the form by mail for signature by the college official.
