Argentina Medical School Transcript means Analitico in Argentina!

Hi,

I'm from Argentina. I was wondering what is referred to as transcripts is what we call in here "analitico" which is piece of paper with the classes we took and our grades. if that's what they refer to as transcripts do I have to send that in with my diploma and does it have to be translated also? I read somewhere that they will translate some documents for a fee at your own cost. I might do that. I'm about to leave Argentina and running low on time.
Also, if I apply for ECFMG certification does this mean that I have to immediately sign up for USMLE? I ask this because I really don't plan to take the USMLE's unit next year.
any response would be very helpful. I'm really going nuts with this whole ECFMG certification process.

Thank you
sabrina

-Yes. The transcript means the certificate that shows your degrees and earned credits and courses from the beginning until the end of your medical school.
-No. You don't need to send the transcript to the ECFMG, your college should send it, and if it's not in English then the ECFMG will charge you.
-If you don't plan to take the USMLE soon then I suggest you don't bother yourself with the registration process right now, because it needs efforts and money.
