Calendar Three weeks from online application or three weeks from receiving my Form 186?

Hi

I want to ask about my status in ECFMG (in process ) since 14 Feb 2011
I applied for CK and I paid the money in 25 Jan 2011 so is my status in process means they are checking my form 186 only or also sending to my college forms to check about me for verification my paper???

also ECFMG send me email :

We are pleased to confirm that your Certification of Identification Form (Form 186) has been received by ECFMG. Your USMLE/ECFMG Identification Number is listed in the Subject line of this message. You must use this number in all communications with ECFMG.

ECFMG typically processes on-line USMLE applications within 3 weeks of receipt of both the on-line part and the Certification of Identification Form (Form 186). You may track the status of your application by using ECFMG's On-line Applicant Status and Information System (OASIS)
and still no response I get from ECFMG !!!!! does 3 weeks means from they received my paper or from i start my online application in January?????

So do I have to wait 1 weak more then i call them??????

You need to count three weeks after the day they received your Form 186 (the date of the email they sent you)
