Help Middle and Last Names are interchanged!

It's all about the arrangement of my name.
My full name is GIFT ENNA MANNIS.
with MANNIS as surname, Gift as first name and Enna as middle name on all my medical school transcripts. I realized that, last year when I was about to travel to the USA my name on my birth certificate is the same 3 names but has ENNA instead of MANNIS as surname. So my passport also has ENNA as surname but my school document has MANNIS as surname.
would this have any effect on my ECFMG registration process since I still possess the 3 names?
summary:
GIFT MANNIS ENNA - IN MY PASSPORT
GIFT ENNA MANNIS - ON MY SCHOOL DOCUMENT

Would this be a problem? and what do I do?

thanks.

Arrow yes there will be a problem

You will be using your passport as your main ID when you come to USA and it will stay with forever.

I think it's going to create problems with your ECFMG registration.

The solution;

Get your medical school dean write a letter saying that the name in your transcript belongs to the same person named in the passport.

This has been discussed before, check this;

Thank you very much sir for the quick reply! i have been disturbed all day because of this. but your reply has put some smile on my face.
after my dean writes such a letter, would there be any problems? because I don't want to go through the stress of changing my passport altogether!

thank you very much!

No there will be no problem, this has happened several times before and the ECFMG is used to it.
