Question The difference between transcript and credentials

but how to explain my medical college what are transcripts or credentials are they same thing or different I am confused

Default Explanation

The transcript is the marks and units sheet. It's the document that details how many units you have taken in all your years of medical school and what degrees (marks) you got in each. The final medical school transcript is the one that is generated when you graduate.

Credentials is a general term, it refers to your graduation documentation in general, that may include the Diploma, the transcript, Dean letter, and any other documentations and proofs that state your medical school/graduation status.
