We have noticed that there are different versions when it comes to which one comes first, verification of credentials or getting the scheduling permit.
I added a poll to this thread, let's share our experiences with each other in regard to this specific issue. One thing for sure, the ECFMG says, that they only want "Certificate of Identification" (Form 186 or Form 183) to allow you take the exam and send you the scheduling permit, however, we noticed that many members were not sent the scheduling permit until after their credentials verified.
