In that case, it might be your account has been locked. You need to call the ECFMG so that they unlock it for you.

Hi,

My friend has the same problem. However in her case she forgot her password and entered the wrong one too many times and now she is unable to login even with the new password they provided. So I wanted to know if calling the ecfmg is the only solution and if it solved your problem.

She is really upset and afraid that it may be listed as irregular behaviour.
Please any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Definitely it won't be regarded as irregular behavior.
If all attempts failed then calling the ECFMG is the only way to go.

Hi!!
Tell your friend to log in from another browser.
And tell her to try to log in after few days. In my case, it was solved before I called..
But in case of any doubt, just call them. They will surely help
