Question what does clerkship and and internship meaning in application?

hi,, i m postgraduate of 2007.. plzzzzzz can anybody tell me what is the difference bw the internship and clerkship and govt service?which they asking in application? does it relate to housejob or not..

Internship means the clinical units that you have done in your university hospital during your last years before graduation. It's the in-house job.

Clerkships means the clinical rotations that you do outside your university hospital (also known as electives).

Government services means if you have obigations and duties with the Government of your location such as military or financial obligations.
