Mail Sending the envelop to ECFMG without college stamp

I have completed the form 186 as a student...Offical person at my school signed it & stamped as a part of stamp on picture, the other part on the specified area in the form.
I took the the completed form & an official envelope of my school.
So since ECFMG require to send the forms from the medical school, but you know, most Univs don't & applicants send the forms to look like they are sent from School.

Do I need to stamp the official envelope or to put anything on it ?
I hope to get answer from anybody, especially students who did it without stamping or sealing the envelope nor putting anything on it.
Since I did not get any stamp on the envelope & I have to send the form tomorrow early.

Arrow It depends on your college history

The need to put a seal on the envelop or not depends on the history of your college. What they did in the past? if they did put seals previously then you better put this time, if they did not then you should not.

The ECFMG looks @ patterns and they are very sensitive to the slightest irregularities. They will ask for confirmation (which means longer time) if they discover a change in the pattern.

If you are the first student from college to apply to ECFMG then it does not matter you stamp it or not, probably stamping it looks more authentic.

If you ever stamp the envelop then make sure the seal covers both, the lip and the body of the envelop.

Thanks for reply,
I would be the first student who apply from my university as a student...Since we participate in EMSWEP so our previous graduates did not send their forms from the school since they are allowed to send it by their own...

So your advice is to stamp the envelope the same way the school stamped my picture on the form ? Part on the lip & part on the body ?

Thanks

Yes, I think that's the best way to go.
