Registration Verification of Credentials of Indian Graduate in UK

I'm and IMG from India currently in UK. I'm a bit confused about the verification process. As my school is not with ESWP do I have to notarize part A of Form 186 and send it to my Med school for filling up part B? Do I then send form 187, 344, 354 myself to ECFMG or through my Med school along with 186?

Does ECFMG then ask for transcripts etc from my med school after they get back all the forms?

Students enrolled in medical schools that do not participate in EMSWP are required to complete a Certification Statement (Form 183), not Form 186. Please go to:

Default Your school should send the envelop

Since you are graduate of a school that does not participate in EMSWP then you need to sign your Form 186 by both the notary and by your medical school official.
Since your medical school official has to sign your form, then all your forms including Form 186, 344, 345, and 187 have to be sent by your medical school not by you. (whole package in one envelop)
