Question Do I have to reapply?

I have got a deficiency letter from the ECFMG as I have filled my form 186 when I was a medical student but now I am a graduate....they are asking me to give my final year certificate....but am confused that do I have to reapply IWA form 186, spending 780 dollars again or I have to fill form 187...plz tell me

If you have previously paid for the Step 1 Exam, then you don't need to pay again if you are still in the eligibility period.

When your status changes from student to graduate, you have to update your Form 186 and you have to now verify your credentials (Diploma, Transcript, and other forms).
