Registration Filling the online part again

I had filled out the online application form but did not pay at that time..now I filled out a new one..should i have done that or just sent the application id code of the old one?? and in the new one at item no 5 I said yes and wrote the code for the last application that I filled out online or it does not apply?

3) in my medical papers ,the mnth of joining ,the mnth of graduation and the mnth the diploma was awarded are not clearly mentioned.so can i guess to the approx and fill it out??

If the previous application was not completed (you did not pay) more than 14 days before, then it gets expired and you have to start a new one.

Here's a quote from the official ECFMG website

As you move from screen to screen, the information you provide will be saved. If you are unable to answer all application items in one session or you are disconnected from the application, you can return to it later by clicking the link to your saved application on the main IWA screen. Although you do not have to answer all items in one session, you must complete all on-line application items within 14 days of the date you last saved the application. Otherwise, the application will no longer be valid, and you must start another application.
