The word print in the English language has another meaning to it which is "write as if with print; not cursive" here's the reference

Just write them manually (by your hand), make sure not to write cursive and it's better to CAPITALIZE all the letters.

I hand wrote all the forms and I got no problems.
I think Sabio's definition of they meaning by print is correct.
