Is it possible to get a LoR after working as a research assistant in the US?

Yes, you can get an LoR after doing any job.

Research assistant is highly regarded by program directors.

Publications makes CV strong... but publication in terms of research project is more important or any publication like case report or review article?? I am asking MAINLY FOR US RESIDENCY... which would be the better option? kindly specify this.
I want everyone to write back please.

im an img from india .... i wanted to know how will i get into clinical assistant job ???? wat is d procedure to apply for it ?? i have done with my step 1 only ... plz it would be very helpful if u reply me ....
